ACCUMULATOR BATTERY DECOMPOSITION LINE
We have developed a complex that decomposes an accumulator battery into distinct components with a capacity of up to 120 tons per day. We paid special attention to the accuracy of battery decomposition into electrolyte, polypropylene, lead in metal form and in compounds.
METALLURGIC FURNACES
MOKWIN furnaces combine the versatility in processing of various kinds of raw materials, ease and safety of operation. At the same time, special attachable equipments allow to reutilize heat for heating production departments. This is part of our concept of «lean manufacturing».
REFINING MODULE
Due to a module of our own design, we obtain with a surgical precision a wide range of alloys, rather than mechanical mixtures. The module is balanced in terms of safety and performance.
FINAL PRODUCT CASTING UNIT
Pouring of products operates in a wide range of capacities and is flexibly adjusted to the discharge rate. Our conveyor is a craft result in form, compactness and convenience.
GAS CLEANING SYSTEM
Sock filters (Baghouses) allow to fully and precisely capture the lead sublimated from furnaces and return it to production. For maximum efficiency, we modified the filters according to the department ergonomics.
