MOKWIN laboratory is equipped with various groups of instruments, of which the leading ones are spark spectrometers. They allow to control the lead composition at each stage of its processing and make timely adjustments to the technological process.
At the final stage of quality control, there is used an OBLF spark spectrometer, which makes it possible to trace the content of components below 1 ppm (one millionth part). At the same time, the laboratory is able to control the production of high alloys with a concentration above 30-40% on the basis of the input component.
In addition to the alloy composition, MOKWIN laboratory controls the physical parameters of the lead produced and monitors the correct crystal lattice of each alloy. This allows to ensure perfect product quality.
